Manchester United are reportedly looking to bid £13 million for Dynamo Kiev's central defender Aleksandar Dragovic. Dragovic, the Austrian captain, has been attracting interest from the Premier League, with Arsenal, West Ham and Liverpool also said to be interested in a potential move.
The big central defender, who joined Kiev on a five-year contract from Basel in 2013, has been scouted multiple times by many different clubs.
