Alexandre Lacazette to Arsenal
Arsenal are ready to pay around €42m for Alexandre Lacazette after failing to sign Jamie Vardy, reports Gazzetta dello Sport. Paris-Saint Germain are also interested in the player.
Experts say: Most reliable journalists believe Arsenal are indeed trying to sign Lacazette, but nobody knows yet if they will be successful.
Our take: West Ham had reportedly agreed a fee of €52m for Lacazette last month, but the player rejected them. Arsenal will also have to bid something around €52m to get a deal done, but we don’t know yet if they’re going to. Reports are also linking Arsenal to Riyad Mahrez, and it’s a bit difficult to see them sign both the players. It’s very likely Lyon will reject Arsenal’s €42m bid, and things will become clearer after that. At the moment, Lacazette doesn’t seem to be close to London.

Romelu Lukaku to Chelsea
Chelsea have given €70m to Antonio Conte as a birthday gift to sign Romelu Lukaku, reports Gazzetta dello Sport. The Italian newspaper also believes the arrival of the Belgian striker could see Diego Costa leaving the club.
Experts say: English media believe Everton have already turned down Chelsea’s €70m offer for Lukaku and are demanding a record transfer fee for the player.
Our take: There are widespread rumours about Chelsea’s interest in bringing Lukaku back to the club, but it won’t be easy for them to convince Everton. The Merseyside club are likely to demand a huge transfer fee for Lukaku, and it remains to be seen if Chelsea are willing to break the bank.

Mattia De Sciglio to Liverpool
Liverpool are interested in the services of AC Milan star Mattia De Sciglio, reports Gazzetta di Parma. Apparently, Jurgen Klopp is a big fan of the Italian international, and would love to have him at Liverpool. He could cost around €18m.
Experts say: The experts have nothing to say on this yet, but Liverpool based journalists believe Klopp might use James Milner at fullback if he can’t find the right signing.
Our take: Liverpool should definitely sign a fullback this summer, especially with Jon Flanagan leaving on loan and Brad Smith signing for Bournemouth. The Reds have been linked to a number of defenders but are yet to sign one. The reports linking them to De Sciglio doesn’t seem to be concrete at this moment as Gazzetta di Parma are not really reliable, but we should wait. The Italian international could play on both sides of the defense and his versatility could tempt Klopp and Liverpool.
