Arsenal lost 2-1 away to Swansea City in their Premier League encounter on Sunday after the hosts completed a comeback within three minutes and ensured their victory.
After a congested first half, the visitors took the lead through Alexis Sanchez who combined well with Danny Welbeck on the counter to put his side ahead just past the hour mark. But Garry Monk’s men showed character as they struck twice in three minutes courtesy of a freekick goal from Gylfi Sigurdsson and a header from striker Bafetimbi Gomis.
The Liberty Stadium lit up as the hosts completed a comeback that saw them move to 5th place in the table and Wenger’s boys have slipped further as they sit at 6th place.
