Welcome to our daily transfer rumours round-up. As always, we’ve compiled some of the best transfer rumours doing the rounds today. Manchester United are close to completing a record breaking signing, whilst Arsenal are looking to sign a German international.

Liverpool and Tottenham are looking to sell some of their players, whilst Marseille are hoping to sign few players.

Here are the transfer rumours doing the rounds on July 29th:

Serie A

AS Roma on interested in signing Tottenham’s Federico Fazio, who was left out of the club’s pre-season tour to Australia, reports Forza Roma. La Liga club Espanyol are also interested in the player.

Inter are interested in signing Portuguese star Joao Mario, reports Gazzetta dello Sport. The Serie A club could offer €10m loan fee with a mandatory option to buy him for €35m.

Napoli are close to signing Amadou Diawara from Bologna for €17m, and have also increased their offer for Torino defender Nikola Maksimovic to €22M plus Mirko Valdifior, reports Gianluca di Marzio.

Gonzalo Higuain has left Napoli, but they’re close to renewing the contract with Marek Hamsik. The Slovakian is expected to sign a new four-year contract, with the option to renew it for another year, reports Gianluca di Marzio.

Premier League

Marseille have also agreed on a deal with Tottenham for Clinton N’Jie over a week ago, but there seems to be a delay. The Ligue 1 club are no hoping to quickly complete the deal, reports L’Equipe.

Leicester are close to signing Polish international Bartosz Kapustka from Cracovia Krakow. The Premier League champions have agreed to pay £7.4m for Kapustka, who is expected to undergo medicals today.

Arsenal are ready to pay around €40m for Alexandre Lacazette, and could also make a higher offer to complete a deal, reports L’Equipe. Paris-Saint Germain are also interested in the player.

Ajax are interested in signing Mario Balotelli should they qualify for the Champions League group stages, reports Gianluca di Marzio. The Eredivisie giants are looking for a replacement of Milik.

La Liga

Arsenal are interested in signing Valencia’s Shkodran Mustafi to replace Per Mertesacker. The Premier League giants have contacted his agent in the last few hours, reports Valencia Extra.

Paris-Saint Germain are interested in Real Madrid’s Jese Rodriguez, reports L’Equipe. The Parisian club are looking for a striker to support Edinson Cavani and are also interested in Alexandre Lacazette.

Real Madrid have decided not to sign Paul Pogba. According to Italian newspaper La Stampa, Manchester United have agreed a fee of €110m with Juventus, and a deal could be announced soon.

Besiktas have announced the signing of Barcelona defender Adriano Correia. MLS side New York City were also keen on signing Adriano, but it seems the Turkish giants have won the race.

Bundesliga

Borussia Mönchengladbach are interested in signing Andreas Christensen permanently. A deal of €20m could be agreed between both the clubs, with Chelsea having the option to buy back the player, reports Bild.

Manchester City are in negotiations to sign Schalke forward Leroy Sane. Pep Guardiola has now publicly admitted the club are looking to sign the German international and are hoping to complete a deal.

According to Italian journalist Emanuele Giulianelli, Arsenal are interested in signing Wolfsburg star Julian Draxler. The German international was in impressive form during the Euros and has been tipped to leave the club.

Rest of Europe

Besiktas are interested in signing Mario Balotelli and have met his agent Mino Raiola already. The Turkish giants are hoping to find a sponsor to pay a portion of his €6m/season wages, reports Fanatik.

Marseille manager Franck Passi is still hoping Newcastle star Florian Thauvin would be signing for them on loan for next season, reports L’Equipe. Reports in the Italian media link the player with a move to Lazio.

Swansea star Bafétimbi Gomis has completed his loan move to Marseille. The Ligue 1 club don’t have the option to make the move permanent, and will pay 60% of his wages.
