It's the Deadline Day of this summer’s transfer window, do we need to say anything more? Welcome to our daily transfer round-up where madness has taken over across Europe with deals getting completed every minute.

Wilfried Bony, Samir Nasri, Joe Hart and Serge Gnabry have signed up new teams in last 12 hours while we could also see the likes of Moussa Sissoko, Morgan Schneiderlin, David Luiz and Jack Wilshere could sign for new clubs before the end of transfer deadline day.

On that note, we bring you the most popular transfer news and rumours doing the rounds on August 31st.

Serie A

- Juventus have agreed personal terms to bring back Juan Cuadrado on three season-long loan from Chelsea. The player spent last season on loan at Juventus, playing an integral part of their Serie A and Champions League campaign. The Italian club will be paying £4.2 Million to get the services of the Colombian for three years. with an option to buy him outright for a fee of £16.8 Million.

- Joe Hart has signed for Torino on a season-long deal after being axed by Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola. Hart had the option of joining Sunderland but England international decided to move abroad in order to get playing time and force his way back to City’s lineup next summer.

- Hernanes will reportedly join Genoa once Juventus have completed the signing of Axel Witsel from Zenit St Petersburg. According to Tuttomercatoweb, Hernanes is “very close” to joining Genova and is waiting for Witsel’s arrival in Turin. Juventus had also signed Miralem Pjanic earlier in the summer which has all but forced Hernanes out of the starting XI for Juventus.

Serge Gnabry helped Germany to a silver medal in the Olympic

- Arsenal youngster Serge Gnabry has signed for Werder Bremen in a deal close to £6m. SportsBild have confirmed that Gnabry joins Bremen on a 4-year deal despite Bayern Munich holding talks with the 21-year-old winger. Gnabry was one of Germany’s best performers at the Olympics and attracted interest from teams around Europe.

- According to Kickr, Tottenham Hotspur are planning a deadline day move for Schalke midfielder Max Meyer as Mauricio Pochettino looks to add a creative player before the end of transfer window. Meyer is valued at €38million which Spurs are ready to pay and sign the highly-rated attacking midfielder. Tottenham see Meyer as a replacement to Heung Son Min, who is linked with a move back to Bundesliga in next few hours.

- Bayer Leverkusen defender Kyriakos Papadopoulos will spend the rest of the 2016-17 season on loan at the newly promoted side Red Bull Leipzig. Papadopoulos has played in Bundesliga 91 times since joining Schalke from Greek side Olympiakos back in 2010. The powerful defender was frozen out of the starting XI last season and was not assured to get regular playing this season either which led to him signing for the newly promoted side RB Leipzig.

David Luiz is back to Chelsea

- Chelsea have agreed personal terms with their formal player David Luiz and will complete his transfer before the end of summer transfer window, The expected transfer fee for Luiz will be in the region of £32million and the Brazilian will be in England in next couple of hours to undergo his medical. They have also sealed the deal for Fiorentina defender Marcos Alonso.

- Tottenham have made a late push to sign out of favour Morgan Schneiderlin from Manchester United. Schneiderlin has been limited to a role from the bench by Jose Mourinho with Marouane Fellaini ahead of him in the pecking order to play alongside Paul Pogba. However, United have rebuffed Tottenham’s initial approach and are eager to keep hold of the player.

Elsewhere Spurs are expected to complete a £30million transfer for Newcastle’s Moussa Sissoko after the player has left France’s training facility to force his move to White Hart Lane.

- Jack Wilshere has completed his move to Bournemouth on a season-long loan deal. As many as 22 clubs were interested in taking the England international on loan with Crystal Palace and Roma emerging as early leaders. However, a chat with Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe convinced the Gunner that the cherries were the club for him.

Isco
Isco is not likely to move this summer

- Real Madrid midfielder Isco has confirmed he is "staying" at Santiago Bernabeu despite being strongly linked with a loan move to Tottenham Hotspur. Isco confirmed his decision on Spanish television, however, Marca understands that he could still leave for Malaga if his former club comes calling for him.

- Samir Nasri has joined Sevilla on a season-long loan after feeling unwanted at Manchester City. Nasri was pictured signing his contract with the club director after he arrived in Spain last night. Nasri was initially deemed overweight at first by Guardiola and then asked to leave the club following the arrivals of Ilkay Gundogan and Leroy Sane.

Christian Atsu becomes Newcastle’s latest signing

- Wilfried Bony has joined Stoke City on a season-long loan from Manchester City. The former Swansea striker was revealed early on deadline day and becomes Stoke’s fifth summer signing. Stoke have also agreed to sign FC Porto defender Bruno Martins Indi on a season-long loan.

- Newcastle United have completed the signing of winger Christian Atsu on a season-long loan deal from Premier League side Chelsea, according to the BBC. According to the report, Newcastle United have inserted the clause of signing Atsu on a permanent basis if the Magpies win a promotion to Premier League next season.
