We have witnessed some totally unexpected things happen in 2016. From Leicester City becoming the Premier League champions, Britain voting for an exit from the European Union to Donald Trump becoming the President of the United States.
It was all so nice but Tottenham have reminded us now, that not all things are changing in the world! They have crashed out of the Champions League and rival fans just can't stop laughing at it!

Spurs needed at least a point last night at AS Monaco to keep their chances of making it to the last 16 of the Champions League alive but ended up losing 2-1.
Sidibe gave AS Monaco the lead early in the 2nd half but Harry Kane's penalty in the 52nd minute brought Spurs back on level terms. 38 seconds later, they conceded and lost momentum and eventually ended up losing the game!
