FIFA World Cup 2014 group stages are over and 16 teams remain out of 32 teams since the start of the tournament. We tried to rank the teams at this stage after calculating the total points using the FIFA Prognosis Tool.

Spain, the top ranked team before the start of the tournament and also the current World champions are knocked out of the tournament and have dropped 7 places to 8th. Thanks to the poor performance by the European teams so far in the tournament, heavyweights like England, Portugal and Italy find themselves out of the top ten. Most shocking reading has to be of Brazil, who are on 10th spot after dropping 7 places as well. Colombia are on the top of the table, after winning all 3 games in Group C.
