With the winter break still on for the Bundesliga teams, Bayern Munich played out 2. Bundesliga side Bochum in a comfortable 5-1 victory on Friday, with the birthday boy Arjen Robben netting twice for the Bavarians.
Robben, who turned 31, scored his second goal in the most predictable fashion – cutting in from the right while skipping past two defenders and then eventually launching a powerful, well-placed shot from just 20-yards-out. A routine that he is known for, but clearly no one has an answer for that.
