Video: Jose Mourinho reveals that Chelsea will not sign any new players in January

Chelsea are scheduled to take on Hull City after their first loss of the season last weekend. The Blues lost to Newcastle United by 2-1 last week at St.James Park, which finallly stopped their 14-match unbeaten run. Jose Mourinho is eager to get back to winning at Stamford Bridge this week against the Tigers, who are not in great form and lying at the relegation battle zone.

The Special One spoke to the media about his team’s Premier League fixture and also answered every question put into him in his impeccable attitude.

Jose confirmed an injury to his first team goalkeeper Courtois, who has a muscular problem, which he picked up in training and won’t feature in tomorrows game. Czech international goalkeeper Petr Cech will replace the 22-year-old former Atletico stopper.The Portugal-born coach revealed about how they had confidence on Cech, even when Courtois was playing and stressed that the veteran goalkeeper has absolutely nothing to prove.

He also further talked about Cesc Fabregas, who is suspended for the game against Hull City, about how he has done well for Chelsea but insisted that they trust other players when he not there.

Chelsea are riding high after their 3-1 victory over Sporing Lisbon in their UEFA Champions league encounter in the midweek which has lessened the Tyneside wounds. Schrulle and Salah scored goals for the London-club, which in turn had pleased the 51-year-old manager.
