Mario Balotelli imitates Cristiano Ronaldo’s “Siiiiiii” scream

Cristiano Ronaldo’s scream/ roar is now beginning to catch on like wildfire. Recently, Liverpool striker Mario Balotelli uploaded a video of him doing the Ronaldo scream on his Instagram page after he scored a goal with Ronaldo on FIFA.

The Italian was playing FIFA with his friend and chose to celebrate scoring a goal in the same manner as Ronaldo, screaming “Siiiiiiiiiiiii..”

The reigning Ballon d’Or winner celebrated his award this year by concluding his speech at the ceremony with a shout. When asked about it, he said that is the way they celebrate after scoring goals at Real Madrid. This was Ronaldo’s third Ballon d’Or, with him having won one while at Manchester United and two since joining Real Madrid.

The scream took people by surprise at the ceremony as it was completely unexpected, and came at the end of a speech in which he said he intends to catch up with Messi in terms of Ballon d’Or awards won, and thanked his team-mates and family for all their support.

This is not the only time someone has tried to copy Ronaldo’s scream. A Real Madrid fan took a photograph with the Portuguese captain, before trying to imitate his shout. The former Manchester United star then taught him how exactly to do the scream, before going on to board the team bus.
