Castilla manager and Real Madrid great Zinedine Zidane has all of his sons registered with the club’s academy with Enzo playing under his father for Castilla while Luka, Theo and Eliaz play for the younger sides.
Theo, who plays as a striker for Real Madrid’s Alevin A. side, scored a brilliant goal during his side’s 0-3 win over Espanyol’s U12 team on Saturday, helping his team book their spot in the quarter-finals of the the Arona Junior seven-a-side tournament.
The goal reflected the 12-year-old’s superb control of the ball and an eye for finding the net while taking on defenders.
