Thierry Henry appears in a new commercial on why the EPL is the best league in the world

Sky Sports released a fantastic promo as part of their advertising campaign for the Barclays Premier League, and it features one of the best strikers to have ever graced the Premier League era – Thierry Henry. The TV network has the majority of the broadcast rights it shares with BT Sport for the 2015/16 Premier League, and will showcase 116 games in the upcoming season.

In this one and a half minute spot, Thierry Henry delightfully walks us through why the Premier league is the best league in the world. The two-time Premier League winner got to be a part of 13 defining moments in the past 23 years, with the help of some heavy special effects.

Sir Alex Ferguson’s title celebrations on the touch line, Eric Cantona’s outrageous chip against Sunderland, Arsenal’s Invincible season celebrations, Sergio Aguero’s last minute winner, Roy Keane having a go at Patrick Vieira and Chelsea’s recent title win were some of those moments.

These were the special moments Thierry Henry got to be a part of, as Sky paid homage to their exceptional coverage of the Barclays Premier League in this advertisement.
