Video: Louis van Gaal loses temper when asked about Falcao's reoccurring injuries

Radamel Falcao is seen more on the bench than on the pitch.

Manchester United head coach Louis van Gaal got irked and lost his temper a bit yesterday when the reporters asked him about Radamel Falcao’s injury.

The deal of the Colombian striker, who has just made just five appearances and scored just one goal for the club, has not turned out to be a successful one till now, after being brought on loan from Monaco on the transfer deadline day.

Falcao has failed to come out of his injury setbacks and perform like the old Atletico Madrid goal El Tigre goal machine – he used to be. On top of that, his latest calf injury setback has ruled him out for two more weeks which might now prompt Van Gaal to think of not signing him up permanently for the club.

Van Gaal told the media on Falcao’s absence: “Do you think we expected him to be injured so much? It’s because of this, that we didn’t buy him, we have said this already. I can only give a chance to fit players. You have to be fit.”
