In the 1981 FA Cup final, Ricardo Villa of Tottenham Hotspur went on to score a superb winner against Manchester City, which in 2001 was voted the Wembley Goal of the Century.
This epic final marked the 100th final in F.A Cup history. The Argentine midfielder couldn’t have chosen to shine on a better occasion. Villa’s goal was his second of the night and helped Spurs win 3-2 against Manchester United’s noisy neighbours.
