Pre-loading for the PC version of GTA 5 begins today

GTA V will be launching on April 14th

Those who have pre-ordered their PC version of GTA V on Steam or the Rockstar Warehouse, can now begin pre-loading the game. The game is available for pre-loading from April 7th, so buyers can begin their download from today. Installing the game a day before its launch should help with server load during its release. This means that players can join the game almost immediately after launch.

Keep in mind that the hard drive space required for the game is about 65 GB, which is a pretty large amount. So make sure you have enough space on your drive before downloading GTA V. The space requirements may be lower than 65 GB, though it is best to keep enough space either way.

This is the first GTA game to ever make its way to the PC platform, so it is no surprise that the game comes with some very demanding system requirements. You can check out the requirements below and determine if you are ready to begin pre-loading your game. After many delays, GTA V will finally be launching for the PC on April 14th, giving players about a week to download the title.
