28-year-old Lahiri, currently ranked World No. 38, made his mark in professional golf with his first victory in 2011 at the Panasonic Open and has been playing professionally at various international tours since then. Today, young Anirban holds two wins at the European Tour including the Hero Indian Open, seven wins at the Asian Tour and 11 wins at the Professional Golf Tour of India. An Order of Merit holder at the Professional Golf Tour of India, Anirban is the 3rd Indian golfer to ever play in the Masters and has also been recognised with the Arjuna Award for his outstanding performance in the field of sports.
