The Indian Women’s hockey team will compete at the Olympics after a long gap of 36 years. Though it is a fairly experienced team, it will face tough competition at Rio Olympics 2016. Their last competition before the Games was in the USA where they managed to win a game and that should really boost their confidence. India face a tough group in Rio and they will have play well to qualify for the next round. A total 16 countries will be participating in the event.
