Star Sports has come out with yet another innovative advertisement, this time for Hockey. With the Hockey World League semi-finals coming up in Antwerp, Belgium from June 20th, the Indian team face a ‘press conference’ in the ad.
Captain Sardar Singh, coach Paul van Ass and players like goalkeeper PR Sreejesh, defenders Birendra Lakra, Gurbaj Singh and forwards Akashdeep Singh and Manpreet Singh also feature in the 45-second commercial.
Despite the world taking note of India’s recent achievements, the media back home are unaware of everything accomplished by the team recently, forms the premise of the commercial.
The video ends on a sentimental note with Gurbaj Singh doubting if the team has been able to win over hearts of the Indian fans.
