Welcome to the Live coverage of tonight’s only match between hosts Patna Pirates and Bengaluru Bulls at the Patliputra Sports Complex, Patna at the ongoing Star Sports Pro Kabaddi League season 4.
The defending champions had a perfect start to their season 4 campaign, winning all their matches played up till now. Most interestingly, they have played the top 3 in-form teams in the PKL this season and have come on top against each one of them. In their inaugural match, they defeated the Pune-based franchise while defeated the season 2 champions U Mumba in their next encounter. Their young star defender, Pardeep Narwal has taken the kabaddi world by storm by his blistering performances in the season 3 as well as the season 4 of PKL. He has already racked up 36 raid points in just a matter of 3 matches and is just 7 points adrift of the top spot in the standings for the most raid points scored!
Similarly, the new looking Bengaluru Bulls had a near to perfect start to their season 4 campaign, with losing just 1 match out of the 5 matches played so far in the tournament. The new additions to the side, Mohit Chhillar and Surender Nada have formed a formidable defensive structure at the back for the Bulls and had made it difficult for the other teams to break them down with ease. Rohit Kumar has been by far the most influential signing of season 4 and has already racked by a whopping total of 38 raid points this season! It would be an interesting battle to see between Rohit Kumar and his former team as this would be his first match against his them since signing for the Bulls.

Patna Pirates: Their star raider, Pardeep Narwal will raid from the left side and will be up against Bulls’ finest defender in Mohit Chhillar. His quickness on the mat will definitely put the star defender in some pressure!
Bengaluru Bulls: Rohit Kumar has been in sublime form in this season of Pro Kabaddi League, but would be against the lethal combination of Fazel Atrachali and Bajirao Hogade on the right-hand side, it would be interesting to see how the 26-year old raider will score points against this organised defensive structure!
