After Rituparna made it 6-9, Sindhu came up with a big smash!

Rituparna rushed to the net to finish with a great backhand down the line! She trails 5-9.

But Sindhu stops her momentum and grabs a 6-2 lead at the interval.

She sends the shuttle into the corner to earn another point!

Rituparna is finally on the board at 1-5.

Rituparna tried to engage Sindhu into a long rally but an error didn't help her cause. It is 11-4 for Sindhu!

What a comeback from Kashyap! But what a fantastic effort from Joshi...gave enough glimpses of his bright future!

Kashyap takes it, 11-7.

A big body smash from Kashyap and it is 10-7.

Kashyap has upped his pace and aggression. It is now 8-6 for him.

Kashyap came back well to snatch the lead. But Aditya's deceptive net shot at 4-5 surprised Kashyap and the 20-year-old inches ahead 6-5 at the break.

10 years separate the two players. Aditya has made a mockery of the age gap!
