UFC News: Vitor Belfort calls out Michael Bisping and Nick Diaz next

Former UFC light heavyweight champion Vitor Belfort calls out Michael Bisping and Nick Diaz

Former UFC light heavyweight champion Vitor Belfort has certainly seen better days in his career, as the Brazilian legend is coming off of a devastating first round knockout loss to Gegard Mousasi in his home country.

Now months following the loss, Belfort is looking to get back inside the Octagon to get back to his winning ways, and he thinks that UFC middleweight champ Michael Bisping and former welterweight title challenger Nick Diaz were perfect opponents for him to do just that:

"Nick Diaz is a good fight," Belfort said (courtesy of MMA Fighting). "I would like this fight. He’s a guy with good boxing and good ground game, so it will be a good challenge."

"I would love to fight him. I’d give him another head kick," Belfort said of Bisping. "I know he doesn’t have a fight, doesn’t want to fight anyone. He’s picking a rematch, right?

He chose Dan Henderson. He chose Dan Henderson to fight, so I’m offering myself. He doesn’t want to fight ‘Jacare’ (Souza), so let’s do this rematch. The UFC is doing a lot of rematches, and he has this fight stuck (in his throat).

He tried to avenge that loss to Dan Henderson and only wins robbed decisions. I will put an end to this. I won’t let it go to the judges. I’ll give him another head kick."

Diaz has not fought since main eventing UFC 183 against Anderson ‘The Spider’ Silva in a five round war.

Silva would initially take home the unanimous decision victory, however, the decision would be overturned and made a No Contest after Silva tested positive for banned substances and Diaz exceeded the limits for marijuana metabolites.

Bisping is coming off of a unanimous decision win over Dan Henderson in his first career title defence this past October. A meeting between Belfort and Bisping would be their second encounter, as the pair initially met in their main event match at UFC on FX 7 in 2013.

Who do you think Belfort should fight next?
