Indian MMA fighters clear the weigh-ins in style to compete for the inaugural event of BRAVE Combat Federation on 23 September 2016 at Khalifa Sports City, Bahrain. There will be four Indian fighters who will be fighting in the event.

Abdul Muneer from Calicut, Kerala will be among the fighters who made a spot in the main card while the other Indian fighters are scheduled in the preliminary bouts that set the pace for the fight night.

In the first ever Pay Per View of BRAVE Combat Federation, four Indian fighters have made it to the event. The veteran Indian fighter Abdul Muneer (6-1-0) will be facing a former UFC featherweight Masio Fullen (10-6-0).

The weigh in also showcased intense staredowns among the rivals. Masio Fullen comes in as a huge fan favorite against the most loved underdog ever stepped into the cage – Abdul Muneer. If Muneer comes out with a victory that will upset the set status between UFC quality of fighters and Indian MMA fighters.

Much is on stake when the two forces collide. Mexican media already hailed the fight as a ‘Hero vs Hero’ bout. Abdul Muneer fights out of Bahrain MMA, which is one of the best training facilities in Asia.

Badr-Eddine faces Mohammed Farhad

Mohammed Farhad is coming strong with 9 TKO victories to claim his 10th TKO against Badr-Eddine. This will only catapult the Indian Bantamweight sensation to the top of the Asian Bantamweight division. Farhad has had his camp at the Team Relentless which is known for its Jiu-Jitsu excellence along with the hard hitting style.

Mohammed Farhad is one of the few Indian Mixed Martial Artists who was mentored by legends such as Royce Gracie, Gokan Saki and Mike Passenier. Farhad has a lot to prove since he is coming from a huge gap wherein he didn’t get opportunities to fight due to the prevailing politics in Indian MMA.

Sunny Khatri faces Mohammed Atif
