Narsingh Yadav: A Brief Biography
Narsingh Pancham Yadav is an Indian wrestler who won a gold in the Men\'s freestyle 74 kg wrestling at the 2010 Commonwealth Games. Though Narsingh Yadav\'s entry into the 2010 Commonwealth Games was as a last minute replacement, he ended up winning a gold medal. In Summer Olympics 2012, Narsingh Yadav lost his opening bout against Matthew Judah Gentry of Canada in the 74kg freestyle event and was knocked out of the tournament. Narsingh Yadav has been recommended for the 2012 Arjuna Award for outstanding achievement in National sports. He will receive this honour along with 24 other Athletes.
