Bio

I first started running in school and college to supplement my training as a fast bowler. Usually, I would run about 5-6 laps around the cricket ground before and after every practice session. Sensing I really enjoyed this part of the training, I started running more and more as a stand alone workout
through the week, and pretty soon after that, I was hooked on road running. Weighing in at nearly 85 kg with a height of 6'1" at my "worst", it was also a good way to shed the extra weight. The best thing I find about the sport is that the drive to improve simply increases the more proficient you get and there really is no finish line. You constantly push and prod at your own boundaries seeing whether they can be moved just a little further
everyday. It's that process of gradual and painstaking self improvement that I find most attractive.
