Video: Maradona dancing with Argentine Rugby team

The legendary footballer was in attendance as Argentina beat Tonga in the Rugby World Cup

It was a brilliant day for the Argentine national Rugby team as they beat Tonga 45-16 in Leicester to advance to the quarter finals of the ongoing World Cup. What made it extra special was the presence of one of the country’s sporting icons- Diego Armando Maradona. The fooball legend was in the stands to cheer every kick, tackle and pass that the Pumas made.

He didn’t let the spirit diminish as the teams headed in to the dressing rooms and in a video which is no going viral on social media is seen dancing with the players and members of the staff.

Having lifted the World Cup himself, albeit in a different sport in 1986, the charismatic footballer seemed to be enjoying himself profusely and if sources are to be believed will continue to grace the stands as Argentina continue their surge for a maiden win at the elusive William Webb Ellis trophy.
