Nike unveiled the latest generation of Air Zoom Structure on October 1, 2015 – the Air Zoom Structure 19. The Structure series is in the game for quite a while now. Nike Air Zoom Structure is the shoe to look for if you are looking for reliable support. Let us check out what the latest generation has to offer.

An Engineered Flymesh covers most of the upper. It offers unparalleled levels of flexibility and breathability. Nike introduced Dynamic Flywire cables into Structure 19. These strategically placed cables provide supreme lockdown and snug fit. Not only that, this reduces the weight of the shoe largely. A supportive inner sleeve wraps around the midfoot and offers increased arch support. Strategically placed overlays offer increased flexibility.
To offer ultimate cushioning, Nike introduced Dual Density Phylon foam in the midfoot area. The Zoom Air cushioning system located in the forefoot area offers responsive cushioning. A decoupled gender-specific Crash Pad absorbs shock and corrects over pronation too. An internal heel counter offers additional support. A triple-density Dynamic Support system in the shoe supports your foot throughout your foot strike. This increases the stability dramatically. Gait cycle efficiency is also increased.
Coming to the outsole, for multi-surface traction, Nike introduced Environmentally Preferred Rubber in the forefoot area. The traditional Waffle outsole design provides unmatched levels of multi-surface traction. We also see this on Nike Air Zoom Elite 8. BRS 1000 carbon rubber on the outsole is highly durable. These running shoes should offer good mileage. For much better flexibility, Nike also introduced Deep Anatomical Flex Grooves.
