FIFA 15: Best Barcelona team

After analysing various teams over the last few days, we now take a look at the best Barcelona team in FIFA 15. With the help of the ratings that each player has been assigned, we will help gamers with the formation that will work the best for them (4-3-3) and the best player in each position.

#11 Claudio Bravo (Goalkeeper)

It will be a bit odd for Barcelona fans this season to see someone else in front of the post guarding it. Victor Valdes has left the club but has been replaced with two goalkeepers who are among the best in FIFA 15. The experienced Claudio Bravo and the young Marc-Andre Ter Stegen. The former gets the nod since he has a rating of 83 (just one above Ter Stegen).

#10 Dani Alves (Right Back)

Whether you agree with the ratings or not, Dani Alves is officially the best right back in FIFA 15. He is 31 years old and is rated 83 in the game. Barcelona have these pacy full backs who help them in attack as well most of the time. The second choice RB would be the 23 year old Montoya who is rated 77.

#9 Gerard Pique (Centre Back)

Pique had a pretty poor season last time around. He was found wanting on many occasions including the World Cup in Brazil where Spain got knocked out in the first round despite being the defending Champions. He is still one among the best CB’s in the game with a rating of 84 and has new signing Thomas Vermaelen as his back up.

#8 Javier Mascherano (Centre Back)

Mascherano would be the ideal man to partner Pique in the back line for you gamers. He is rated 83 in the game and is 30 years old. His back up would be the man who was signed by Barca for 20 million this summer, Jeremy Mathieu. He is rated 80 which is not bad for a back up is it?

#7 Jordi Alba (Left Back)

This was never in doubt. He is among the best left backs in FIFA 15 with a rating of 81 and is very young and pacy. 29 year old Adriano will be his back up in case he is injured. He is rated 76 which is definitely decent enough to work with.

#6 Sergio Busquets (Central Defensive Midfielder)

If you think that Busquets had an ordinary season last time around, then think again! He is currently the second best defensive midfielder in FIFA 15, and considering his age, he is in fact predicted to grow up to 89 in career mode from 85, which is his present rating. You can use Mascherano as the back up in this position in case he is injured.

#5 Xavi (Central Midfielder)

By his standards, he had a pretty poor season last time around, but the makers have still rated him at 86 which is quite remarkable to be honest. For fans who want to use Rakitic, you may have to wait a bit since he is rated 83 and won’t be able to force Xavi or Iniesta out of the eleven.

#4 Andres Iniesta (Central Midfielder)

Iniesta is among the ten best players in FIFA 15 with a healthy rating of 89. A midfield of Iniesta, Xavi and Busquets would be a dream for any fan to play with. Rafinha with a rating of 78 and Sergi Roberto with a rating of 75 are the back up players you have for the Spanish maestro.

#3 Luis Suarez (Right Wing)

I know that there are a lot of fans who just can’t wait to pair Suarez up front with Neymar and Messi in FIFA 15. But if you are playing with Barcelona in the career mode, then you might have to wait a bit longer for his debut, just like how it is in his real life. He is rated 89 in the game and you have Pedro as his back up with a rating of 83.

#2 Lionel Messi (Center Forward)

The game’s highest rated player will lead your charge in the virtual world as well for Barcelona. With a rating of 93, you simply can’t replace him can you? In case he gets injured, you can put Suarez in the middle and have Pedro playing on the right side.

#1 Neymar (Left Wing)

After an ordinary start to his European career, Neymar has started off brilliantly in his second season. Expect the same from him for you in FIFA 15 as well. He is rated 86 in the game. Munir with a low rating of 66 is the only other option on the bench for Barcelona apart from Pedro.
