Brazil are a destructive force in football when at their best. Although, they were humiliated at home by Germany in the World Cup semis, they remain as one of the most feared national sides in the game. What remains unchanged after all that is the quality of the team and the fondness it has among FIFA gamers. Here we have the best Brazillian team in FIFA 15, based on the ratings in the game for each player.

#1 Julio Cesar (GK)

People say Julio Cesar is past his best now. But he still continues to pull off some amazing saves. He showed his quality in the world cup before he was left more or less helpless against a rampant German side. He moved to Benfica in the summer looking for a fresh start. Rated at 82, he is one of the most reliable shot stoppers in the game. No doubt, he has the experience and the capability to foil any attacking threat.

#2 Dani Alves (RB)

Although Dani Alves has been criticized for a lack of form for club and country in recent times, he remains the highest rated right back in FIFA 15. Given that, he is the undisputed choice for the right back position in the Brazillian team. He is superb while going forward and is a good enough defender as well. Rated at 83, his pace and acceleration are troublesome at times. His aggression is his x-factor with shot power, ball control and interceptions being his other major attributes.

#3 Thiago Silva (CB)

Thiago Silva is one of the best defenders in the game inside and outside FIFA 15. The PSG man has made his mark on the international stage as well with solid performances in recent times. His tackling and interceptions are of utmost precision. He can also notch a goal or two using his heading abilities. A clear choice for the centre-back position, he has the capability to make a big difference. He is rated at 87 in the game.

#4 Miranda (CB)

Miranda had an astonishing season at the club level last season. He played a very important role as Atletico Madrid marched ahead of Barcelona and Real Madrid to clinch the La Liga title while failing to make it big at the European level where they lost in the final. Miranda is a no-nonsense defender with really impressive heading abilities. His tackling and interceptions are second to none. He’s rated at 83 and edges out £50 million man, David Luiz (82), by a single point.

#5 Marcelo (LB)

One of the most attacking full-backs in the game, Marcelo does make a difference every time he’s on the field. He was impressive with Real Madrid last season, where they were crowned European champions. He is a great tackler of the ball and makes some crucial interceptions in the game. His attacking prowess is known to all. He makes those dazzling overlapping runs on the left wing and can cross the ball brilliantly too. He is rated at 82 and is our choice ahead of Filipe Luis (82).

#6 Fernandinho (CM)

Fernandinho is strong at making interceptions and playmaking. He is a great central midfielder to have, given his great passing and vision. The Manchester City man has slowly made a place in the Brazillian National Team his own. He is really good holding play up and uses his abilities to maximum effect while toiling hard in midfield. He is rated at 82 in FIFA 15.

#7 Hernanes (CM)

Hernanes is a composed campaigner to say the least. He is rated at 82, in FIFA 15. Although not so effective defensively, his playmaking abilities help him edge out Luis Gustavo (82). An expert in long range shooting, he is good with free kicks as well. He can also pick out players easily with his good passing abilities.

#8 Lucas (RW)

Lucas Moura is still one of the hottest prospects in the game. He hasn’t yet lived up to the hype which carried him to Europe but is determined to make it big and honestly, the question is when rather than if. The pacey winger has the potential to tear defences apart with his lightning-fast speed and acceleration. He is also very agile and can give defenders a torrid time with his dribbling. He is a great talent when at his best and has been rated at 82.

#9 Oscar (CAM)

Oscar’s playmaking abilities are known to all. He has been instrumental for club and country while providing that thrust to attacks. He can produce some amazing through-balls and can pick out a pass from any distance, and accurately. He is also a good dribbler and has the knack of scoring absolute beauties every now and then, as is evident from his time at Chelsea. He’s rated 84 in FIFA 15 and is a very versatile player so he can play in a variety of positions.

#10 Neymar (LW)

The darling of Brazillian football, Neymar Jr is deemed as the next big thing in football. He has been sensational for Brazil in recent years and is slowly beginning to have a good time at club level too. Undoubtedly, the best player Brazil has seen for quite some time now, his twinkling feet and mazy runs have made defenders feel lame and helpless. He is really fast and has great ball control and balance. His dribbling skills are a joy to watch. He is also a great finisher and does not fear taking chances. He is rated at 86 in FIFA 15.

#11 Hulk (ST)

Hulk has been deployed as a centre-forward before and has impressed. He is rated at 83 in FIFA 15 and has the capability to do well upfront. With the current lack of good forwards in the Brazillian national squad, he is rated higher than Raffael (80). He is a good finisher and has good ball control. He can score from any distance possessing a deadly shot. He’s really strong, as evident from his name while also having the stamina to go all in.
