Pelé is widely regarded as the best player ever. And this record rubber-stamps the claim.

He won the World Cup in 1958, 1962 and 1970. There is no player who will be playing this time who has won the trophy more than once. This record will stay, at least till the World Cup in 2018!

Roger Milla, played as a striker for Cameroon in the 1990 and 1994 World Cup.

He is the oldest player to have appeared in a World Cup too.

The only player who will be older than Milla, included in the provisional squad is the Columbian goalkeeper- Faryd Mondragón, and his chances of breaking Milla’s records are hardly bright.
