Lamela back to Roma?

-Tottenham winger Erik Lamela has pledged that he wants to stay with the North London club but did not deny that he might return to Roma sometime in the future, Sky Sports reports. The Argentine told Fox Sports: "I think there hasn't been interest and I've always thought of Tottenham.

“Here they make me feel important. For the moment, a move is difficult, but maybe in the future why not? Also to Roma.” The 23-year-old has previously been linked with a move to Juventus.

-Italian daily Calciomercato reports that Leicester player Andrej Kramaric could leave the club in the January transfer window, with Juventus and Inter Milan believed to be his preferred destinations. The striker who joined the Foxes back in January this year has fallen down the pecking order after the meteoric rise of Jamie Vardy and might want to leave the club come January.

-Chelsea defender Papy Djilobodji might move to Lazio as part of a loan deal, Daily Express reports. The 26-year-old defender joined Chelsea from Nantes in the summer but has never featured for the defending PL champions in the English Premier League and he would want to switch clubs in search of some playing time.

Things are not good between the duo

-In-form Athletic Bilbao striker Aritz Aduriz has garnered interest from Barcelona, Sky Sports reports. However, Bilbao’s manager Ernesto Valverde hopes that the Catalan giants won't move for the striker who has already scored 20 goals this season in all competitions.

“We have to hope that Barcelona don't sign Aduriz because he represents the culmination of the way we play,” Valverde said after the win against Rayo. “We are very fortunate to have him in the team - for every year that passes, he gets better and better.”

-Phil Neville and Salvador Gonzalez have been named interim managers for Valencia, Sky sports reports. The duo has been handed the temporary job after Nuno Espirito Santo stepped down from the position after Valencia’s 1-0 defeat to rivals Sevilla.

"We are all in agreement that the current situation is not good, and that we must all do what is best for the club; this has always been my intention. I want to thank all the players who I have managed at the club for their work. I also want to thank Peter Lim, who is - and will continue to be - a friend of mine, and the fans of Valencia CF,” Nuno said while telling the media about his resignation.

-Daily Express reports that following a fall-out with Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho, Diego Costa might be ousted from the club, if not in January then in the next summer transfer window. The Spaniard’s performances this season have been sub-par and Atletico Madrid is reportedly keeping a tab on the striker’s situation at the Stamford Bridge.

Messi to Manchester?

-The Sun reports that Arsene Wenger wants to bring Ruben Neves from Porto to Arsenal in the January transfer window. The 18-year-old defensive midfielder is believed to attract a £22million from the Gunners. The North Londoners have been badly hit with injury and with both Francis Coquelin and Mikel Arteta out, the club is in desperate need of a defensive midfielder.

-Chelsea and West Ham are interested in bringing Genoa’s midfielder Rolando Mandragora to the Premier League, London Evening Standard reports. Both the London-based clubs are keeping tabs on the 18-year-old who is currently on loan at Pescara. Reportedly, he might be available for a fee around £7million but if the clubs want to bring the youngster to England then they will have to move quickly as Inter Milan also wants to lure the midfielder to the San Siro.

-Terry Gibson, Sky Sports’ La Liga expert has said that there is no reason that Lionel Messi might want a move to the Premier League.

"I hate to put a dampener on it but I can't see him ever leaving Barcelona. Why would you? He's won trophy after trophy and it suits him being there. I can't ever see a day when he leaves," he said in the SSNHQ studio. Manchester City was rumoured to be interested in the Argentine talisman and supposedly the Sky Blues are willing to offer a ridiculous £800,000-a-week deal to Messi in order to lure him to the Etihad.

-Louis Van Gaal is interested in Basel teenager Breel Embolo, Daily Telegraph reports. The 18-year-old has made his mark in the Swiss league, just a year and a half after making his debut. He has scored 26 goals and made 18 assists in the time duration and LVG believes the youngster might solve he striker problem at Manchester United.

CR7 to PSG on?

-Another day, another crazy Cristiano Ronaldo-related rumour. The Sun reports that the Portuguese forward will only move to Paris Saint-Germain and not Manchester United if he decides to leave Real Madrid at all.

A trusted source of the English daily told them: “Cristiano has told those closest to him that he wants to stay at Real. But if for one reason or another he leaves then he will only go to PSG. The decision has been taken and he was in no mood to entertain any other clubs.

“He wants to live in France, he likes Laurent Blanc, he has a great relationship with Nasser Al-Khelaifi, the club president and he knows life in Paris will simply be sensational for him.”

-Bayern Munich manager Pep Guardiola has had his say on the rumours linking him with both the Manchester clubs. While speaking to Bild, the Spaniard said that the decision about his future will only be taken after the match with Hannover on December 12.

"The town is crazy. I love it. I am very satisfied, my family too," he was quoted saying. When asked if he could extend his stay as a result, he said: "Yes, it would be a big reason.

"We will speak after the Hannover clash [on December 12] and come to the right decision for me and the club."

-Bayern Munich legend Lothar Matthaus has urged Thomas Muller to not move to Manchester United, according to Manchester Evening News.

“He does not need Manchester United or Chelsea," Matthaus said.

“My opinion is he should definitely stay at Bayern for his lifetime. He started his professional career at Bayern and I think he should end his career here.

“He does not need any new challenge as he is always playing at the highest level every year at Bayern.”
