Hell In A Cell 2015 - 3 Things that worked

Lesnar lived his gimmick to the tee

These two had a hellacious matchYou will remember this Pay Per View for the bloody main event that unravelled. You will remember this for both the Hell In A Cell matches that took place. One had two veterans of the cage in it and the other had two rookies trying to show the world why they are the front runners in grabbing Vince McMahon’s proverbial brass rings. You will also remember this night for the spectacular Divas match, that should more or less prove that there is much talent in the division, just not that much of an investment from the company for the long term. You will also remember it for a spectacular, triumphant return. Here are the 3 things that worked-

#1 The knock out punches

Lesnar lived his gimmick to the tee

The Undertaker made his way to, most probably, his last Hell in a Cell match.

And what followed couldn’t have been possibly predicted by anyone. It was a bloody, bloody match. One that you can’t imagine from someone as old as The Undertaker. Taker took a beating, so did Lesnar, but arguably the most unsettling moment of the match was when Lesnar countered Hell Gate; the same move that rendered him unconscious at Summerslam- with a series of punches.

‘Series’ is an understatement. It seemed like he just would not stop. Undertaker took it all and that was just a part of why this match was so unforgettable.

#2 Wyatt is back to haunt the Deadman

Wyatt and Undertaker have some unfinished business

When Wyatt wears that T- Shirt which has ‘The New face of Fear’ being written on the back of it, it does bring you back to when he faced the Undertaker and the feud seemingly ended with one Taker appearance and victory over Wyatt at Wrestlemania.

That felt incomplete and sure as heck Wyatt came back to haunt Taker by leading a pack attack on ‘The Phenom’. The Wyatt Family is bigger than ever with not two but three monster followers. They took Undertaker with them.

It’ll be interesting to see where the story leads.

#3 Nikki Bella\'s performance

Bella proved that she should win the Divas title again.

There were many highlights from this PPV, but the one that WWE should focus on most should be the Divas Division.

Why? Because without much of a storyline or character development on WWE’s part, two women went out there and made the most of their time with a really good match. It would have been great if they had been inside a cage, but both women were great in their part.

Much credit should go to Bella, who looked like a veteran in there. She was great at executing her moves and great at taking many herself, which may have looked quite dangerous. Tonight, she actually looked like a fearless diva that she often calls herself.
