Popular tennis star and multiple Grand Slam winner, Maria Sharapova owns a $4.1 million house by the beach.

Last year she swapped out her Manhattan Beach mansion with a quaint, $4.1 million ocean view property in the Hill section.

Golfer, and one of Tiger Woods’ most fierce rivals, Phil Mickelson’s Rancho Santa Fe house is worth $6.5 million, a paltry amount compared to his peers.

The three-time Masters champion has listed his Tuscan-style mansion in Santa Fe, Calif. for $6.95 million, halving his original asking price from 2008. The seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom spread sits on a 4.5-acre bluff overlooking San Diego County.

NBA superstar and "Inside the NBA" analyst, the 7 foot Shaquille O’Neal owns the Windermere Estate whose estimated value is $7.4 million.

Shaq bought his Floridian palace, which made a memorable appearance on "MTV Cribs," in 1993 for $3.95 million, and last summer, took out a monstrous, $8.9 million mortgage on it.

#14 Kobe Bryant

Legendary shooting guard of the Los Angeles Lakers, Kobe Bryant owns the Orange County Estate worth $8.6 million.

Bryant’s 20,000-square-foot Newport Coast mansion has been sitting on the market since August. He can justify the hefty, $8.6 million listing price with the property’s perks, including a shark tank, hair salon, and outdoor entertaining area with a pool and a hot tub.

#13 LeBron James

Forward for the Miami Heat and considered one of the greatest players’ of his generation, LeBron James’ Akron Palace is estimated to be valued at $9.75 million.

Since purchasing the Bath Township property in 2003, LeBron has nearly tripled the living area of his dream house to a staggering 30,000 square feet. The 19-room palace includes a sports bar, aquarium, barbershop, and a master bedroom suite with a two-storey walk-in closet.

Center for the Miami Heat, Chris Bosh’s Miami Beach Home is worth $10.6 million.

Bosh finalized the purchase of this mansion just south of La Gorce Island in 2010, for a steep $12.5 million. The new construction features 20-foot ceilings and an all-white design. It has a gourmet kitchen, courtyard gardens, barbecue area, and a heated infinity pool with unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay.

After trying twice to sell it at an auction, Michael Jordan has relisted his Highland Park, Ill., estate for $16 million, according to Zillow. It’s a steep cut from the $29 million that the house was originally on the market for.

Owner of the Red Sox and Liverpool FC, John W Henry’s Boston Beauty is estimated to be at $20.3 million, the same as Glazer’s house. Manchester United & Liverpool are on level pegging here.

Code-named "Summera House," Henrys 33-room mega mansion outside Boston was a house previously owned by the notorious Frank McCourt, the soon-to-be-ex owner of the Los Angeles Dodgers. Bought in 2009, Henry has had the home under construction for a number of years.

Owner of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and most renowned for his EPL football team Manchester United, Malcolm Glazer’s Ocean Front bungalow is worth $20.3 million.

It wouldn’t be a stretch to say that Glazer must really like his neighborhood. He bought this near-14,000 square-foot home in 1989 on Palm Beach’s luxurious South Ocean Boulevard for $2.5 million — the home he still lives in today.

Former left-fielder with the San Francisco Giants Barry Bonds’ Italian-style villa is priced at $23.5 million.

The man who holds the record for most home runs all time, owns a huge mansion in the LA area for $25 million, which he has put up for sale. The place is now down to $23.5 million as of December.

A golfing legend, Greg Norman, owns the Exclusive Sports Club Paradise whose market value is estimated to be $25 million.

Greg "The Shark" Norman listed his Boca Raton home for a cool $25 million in June and, according to Realtor.com, it’s still on the market for the same unwavering tag price.

In October David and Victoria Beckham reportedly sold their 12-acre Hertfordshire estate for £12 million and snatched up a new "Beckingham Palace" in Kensington & Chelsea. The reported £30 million they paid for it, plus the £5million set aside for renovation, would be a value of US$57.1 million.

In November 2012 Kroenke bought the 124,000 acre Broken O Ranch in Augusta, Mont. for a staggering $132.5 million. Broken O Ranch, which dates back to the 1800s, has an enormous capacity for agriculture and raising cattle, meaning it’s a money-maker.
