With only two more days before the end of the transfer season, most of the clubs across Europe are finalizing their last minute deals. Here we follow most of the top leagues in Europe including the Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, and Ligue 1. The teams in the Premier League still seem active with both the big and small looking to sign the one player who can make the difference this upcoming season. Teams like Sunderland who are trying to get attacking players are focusing their attention on teams like Liverpool and Manchester United. League champions Chelsea and teams like Liverpool and Manchester United are looking to sign attacking players and midfielders.In the La Liga, Real Madrid is still focused on the one player that they have been trying to sign since the beginning of the transfer season. Atletico Madrid, on the other hand, are looking to sign a youth player from Argentina to strengthen their squad for the future.While Serie A champions Juventus are closing in on a star Bundesliga youth player, they might end up losing their own star youth midfielder this season. In the Bundesliga everything seems mostly quiet but several player’s loyalties have been brought into question recently.Here is a round-up of all the transfer rumours that took place on Friday 29 August 2015.

#1 Premier League

Aymen Abdennour Chelsea

According to The Telegraph, Chelsea who have been handed a blow in their chase of John Stones and are looking to sign Zenit Saint-Petersburg’s centre-back Ezequiel Garay, and Monaco’s Aymen Abdennour. With Everton insisting on not selling the Englishman, this is the only option Jose Mourinho has to strengthen his squad.

While Manchester United are still having trouble deciding the future of their goalkeeper David de Gea, their other Spanish goalkeeper Victor Valdes, seems likely to move to Besiktas. Their board member Erdan Torunogullari made a trip to England to finalise the 33-year old’s deal, Inside Spanish Football reported.

Reports from Caught Offside say Alexander Pato who was linked with Chelsea and Manchester United recently is currently linked with London-based club Tottenham Hotspurs. The club who have failed to acquire West Bromwich Albion’s Saido Berahino, are supposedly focusing on the Brazilian striker to provide firepower.

Watford who just made their break back into the Premier League, are keen on signing either Liverpool’s Fabio Borini on a loan deal, speculate talkSport.

#2 La Liga

David De Gea Manchester united Real Madrid

Most of La Liga’s transfers seem to be done, as the league is very quiet but in recent news, it seems like Atletico Madrid have signed midfielder Matias Kranevitter from Riverplate. The 22-year old is an Argentine footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder, ESPN reported.

ESPN also reported that Real Madrid, on the other hand, might be willing to make a swap deal with Manchester United to sign Spanish goalkeeper David de Gea. The La Liga giants though might have to send Gareth Bale the other way so the move can take place. Bale who received continuously booed by the Real Madrid fans last season might be willing to make a move back to the Premier League.

#3 Bundesliga

Dortmund

Borussia Dortmund received a shock recently when their left back Kevin Grosskreutz asked for a transfer request. The German who came through Dortmund’s youth academy has let go of his one-club dream so he can play football more regularly. The teams management though are said to be disappointed with the manner at which the player asked for the request.

Dortmund though don't plan on waiting to see what Grosskreutz does, and have already made a move for sign left-back Jo-Hoo Park from Mainz for €3.5 million as ESPN reported. The South Korean might have to undergo a compulsory transfer with the club.

Bayern Munich are close to signing Juventus youngster Kingsley Coman as ESPN reported, as the Serie A champions are looking to make room for Schalke’s youth star Julien Draxler.

#4 Other Leagues

Pogba Juventus

Metro reported that Paul Pogba who has been linked with Chelsea for a few weeks is looking to get paid £318,000-a-week. The league champions who seem keen on signing the player have already approached Juventus with a bid of £73 million. If the move does go through he will be the most expensive player bought by an English club.

In other news Celtic have agreed on a season long loan deal for Manchester United defender Tyler Blackett, BBC confirmed. The 21-year old who has not been able to break into Van Gaal’s first team is expected to replace Virgil van Dijk. An option of a £4 million permanent deal is also being placed on the table.

While Everton are said to have rejected Paris Saint Germain’s bid for full-back Seamus Coleman according to talkSport, the player says that the option to play for the Ligue 1 champion seems interesting
