From a WWE fan’s point of view, regardless of which era he or she is fond of, Undertaker is probably that one wrestler who has earned the respect and the right to be called one of the greatest of all time. A career that has spanned over two decades, The Phenom has been there, seen it all and achieved everything a superstar can dream of.Considered as the legend of legends, Taker holds the most impressive feat in all of sports entertainment history as he is 23-2 on the grandest stage of all, Wrestlemania. With the gimmick of The Deadman, Taker never broke his character and had to stay away from the mainstream world in order to hold onto his image. But in the early years of the Ruthless Aggression Era, Taker changed his gimmick into that of a Biker’s and then we got to see Mark Callaway, the man behind Taker, a lot more.And in today’s internet-based world, pictures of Callaway has surfaced on a regular basis and we have got to know more about him and his personal life. #1 Taker as Dirt Harry in Wrestlemania 21 commercial

If anyone remembers the commercial of Wrestlemania 21, they are bound to recall this image. Wrestlemania 21 was held in Los Angeles, California and the theme was Wrestlemania goes Hollywood.

The commercial featured all the superstars in the roster representing some of the legendary careers of the big screen. But the appearance of Taker as Dirty Harry was surprising for most as he usually wouldn’t break his character out of the WWE.

#2 Taker with his son

Undertaker is a father of four children with three daughters Kaia Faith Calaway, Gracie Calaway, Chasey Calaway and a son Vincent Calaway. We do not have much information about his son Vincent but we do know that he is the only child from his first marriage and that he is an avid follower of boxing and mixed martial arts. He also invests in real estate with business partner Scott Everhart.

#3 Undertaker and the New Generation roster

Undertaker debuted in the WWE when the company was in transition and was entering into the era of New Generation. Stylish, glamorous and with a revolutionary attitude, the likes of Bret Hart, Razor Ramon, Shawn Michaels and more took over the business as the poster boys which breathed a fresh life into the WWE.

And Taker was one of those key figures in the roster that began to establish himself during that time. One can say, it was the early stages of a legendary career that would go on to span for more than two decades. Here, we can see Taker with his onscreen manager Lt. Paul Bearer, Bret Hart, Razor Ramon, Kevin Nash and Shawn Michaels.

#4 Undertaker as a kid and a teenager

For a man that has always stayed true to his onscreen character and has chosen to keep himself confined from the mainstream world, it is very difficult to get hold of pictures from his childhood days. This one image unveils how Taker looked in his youth, as a little boy and as a teenager.

He was born in 1965 in Houston, Texas, and is the smallest of five siblings. He graduated in 1983 from Waltrip High School.

No matter who you are, no matter how legendary of a figure you have become in the business and regardless of being 22-1 at Wrestlemania, when she says let’s go shopping, you have to.

Undertaker married his third wife former WWE Diva Michelle McCool back in July 2010 in Houston itself. Here, you can see Taker and Michelle before their wedding, in a jewellery shop, buying their wedding rings.

#6 Basketball team photo

As mentioned earlier, Taker graduated from The Waltrip high school in 1983. He was a good athlete and played both Basketball and American Football. He played two years for the RoadRunners in Angelina.

In 1985, Taker finished his studies in Angelina and wanted to continue with basketball in order to earn a scholarship. That offer came from Texas Wesleyan University and he played Center for the TWU Rams during the 1985-86 season. During his college days, he started to gain interest in professional wrestling and met people in the wrestling business while attending matches.

After graduation, he made up his mind to become a professional wrestler and the rest as we know is history.

#7 Going for the Dunk!

This is an image of Taker in his school days during practise. According to Undertaker’s biography by A.R. Schaefer, Taker’s basketball team coach pursued him to carry on playing and forget about wrestling in 1986.

However, Callaway had his mind set on wrestling as he believed he had a better future inside the ring. He finally dropped out of college and began wrestling in order to achieve his dream.

#8 Undertaker and Chris Benoit

We all know the tragic that befell on Chris Benoit and his family. According to official police investigation reports, it was an unforgiving act from the Rabid Wolverine who took his wife and his son’s life before hanging himself.

But as hard as you try, one cannot talk about pro-wrestling without mentioning Benoit as noted by wrestling historian Dave Meltzer. He is up there with the all-time greats, even though, his name has been erased from WWE’s books. And he came at a similar time when Taker was also on his way of making it big time.

This picture was taken in a bar. Alongside Taker, we have the Late Paul Bearer, Bret Hart, Sean Waltman, Julie Hart and Tatanka.

#10 At a dinner party

Undertaker can be seen here attending a dinner party here. The recognisable faces here alongside him is his ex-wife Sarah and deceased WWE superstar Test.

#11 Before his WWE days as the Punisher

Few people know that Taker started his career in wrestling in 1989 as an employee of the USWA (United States Wrestling Alliance). It was a company that wasn’t well know as the WWE, but still, it was good money as he got to showcase his talent in front of thousands of people.

His first big opportunity came against Jerry Lawler for the USWA Heavyweight title and he won his first ever title. But he lost it in two weeks time and after that, he wrestled under the gimmick of “The Punisher.” This image is from his USWA days and the man beside him is his manager Skandor Akbar.

#12 In a horror movie

The picture says it all. The fourth season of the Canadian horror television series Poltergeist: The Legacy (1996 to 1999) featured an episode starring Taker as a being from Hell who collected souls, a deliberate crossover with Raw, which was also airing on the USA Network at the time and earning the network some of the highest ratings on cable TV.

It was hoped that this cameo would help boost awareness of the new show, and thus generate a larger audience

#13 Backstage with Batista\'s daughter

Undertaker and Batista had a great rivalry in 2007 as the two biggest names in Smackdown then feuded over the World Heavyweight championship. Batista has two daughters and in this picture, we can see Athena with Taker. Athena graduated in 2009 from Sickles High School in Tampa, Florida just like her sister did three years earlier. She was also in the news back in 2010 for making an alleged sextape with her boyfriend.

#14 Undertaker with Sensational Sherri

One of the most awkward pictures to come out from the WWE was this one from the 90s. Sensational Sherri who was known for her exceptional run in the 1980s as a Women’s champion and later as an onscreen manager of pro wrestlers, most notably Randy Savage and Shawn Michaels, is seen here hugging Taker. This picture did feul rumours of whether they were ever in a relationship but there was never any confirmation regarding that.

#15 Undertaker with his two daughters

Taker’s second marriage with Sarah ended back in 2007 but not before the couple had two lovely daughters named Chasey (born on November 21, 2002) and Gracie (born on May 15, 2005).
