The seeds have been planted

How long before one of them turns against the other?Seth Rollins has spent most of this year being the premier heel in the main roster. His alliance with The Authority which led to the break up of The Shield, him winning Money In The Bank and even though he won the WWE World Heavyweight Championship on his own accord, Kane and the rest of The Authority have helped him retain his championship on multiple occasions. Except recently. when he won fair and square against his arch nemesis Dean Ambrose. If you followed his journey up from FCW/ NXT, you would have expected Rollins to turn Babyface after the Shield dismantles. That may happen sometime in the future. Whenever it happens here are the 5 Possible feuds for a babyface Seth Rollins.

#1 Triple H

The seeds have been planted

This is already in the making. Ever since they formed an alliance, you just had to think that these two will battle it out against each other in a ring eventually- the seeds of which have already been planted.

Rollins uses Triple H’s pedigree as a finishing move. He is already at loggerheads with The Authority. Sheamus is seeping through as the newest addition to The Authority. And Triple H and Stephanie McMahon just brought back Brock Lesnar.

It’s happening.

#2 Sheamus

New Mr. Money In The Bank

Heel Sheamus has been a success story so far with questionable booking creatively. This is so, so much better than his babyface run already. If only, his MITB victory doesn’t turn into something like his Royal Rumble victory, it’ll all be fine.

The thing is, it was an interesting choice to have Sheamus come out to face Dean Ambrose on Monday. He mentioned that the Authority asked him to do so. Add the fact that he’s the new Mr. Money In The Bank. Could it be that Sheamus would be Rollins’ imminent replacement?

That may lead Rollins to become a babyface and result into a feud between these which may well be interesting.

#3 Dean Ambrose

More Moxley wanted

This is how each and every ardent fan of theirs imagined a feud between them to be- heel Ambrose vs face Rollins. That worked tremendously well on FCW and that may as well work remarkably well on the main roster.

Ambrose never imagined himself to ever be a babyface but here he is thriving in that role. Bring back a bit of Moxley and the FCW Dean Ambrose and we may get a rejuvenated feud between these rivals. This has to be this generations rivalry. There hasn’t been anything any better.

This may happen sometime in the future, for sure.

#4 Kevin Owens

Two Champions

Owens is the newest heel in the main roster. Reports say that he’ll be the second heel only to Rollins in the company. There is nobody better booked than Owens at the moment. He’s in a feud with John Cena in the main roster, Samoa Joe on NXT, has a great rivalry in the back with Sami Zayn and has an impending match against Finn Balor.

Owens is a monster heel, the likes of Lesnar, something which isn’t so much easy to do.

Rollins has got so many questioning his reign as a Champion, it is something that heel champions with the Authority behind them are used to. This could lead to another feud where Owens claims that he’s a better champion than Rollins, thus beginning Rollins’ journey to prove his worth again.

#5 Brock Lesnar

Monster Heel

Their feud with Lesnar as a babyface and Rollins as a heel is working so well but Lesnar in all his true glory is a monster heel. That’s what we expect from Lesnar any day of the week. This angle may work even if Lesnar was the heel and Rollins, the face.

Rollins hasn’t pinned Lesnar yet and Lesnar’s presence is too jarring and overwhelming for Rollins as we saw on Monday. How great a story will it be to see Rollins earn a pinfall victory over such a presence? It will be something to behold if that happens.

Rollins may well play a babyface out there to prove his mettle once he decides to go on his own, solo , without bodyguards or managers.
