5 Possible feuds for Undertaker at WrestleMania 32

Strowman

is simply a wrong choice

A perfect launching padUndertaker’s streak is long gone. It was hands down one of the biggest selling factors of WrestleMania throughout, and the end of the streak marked the end of a legendary era.But the best part is, it was the streak that ended, not Undertaker’s career. He had a match at WrestleMania without the streak and this year, Taker will be back at the grandest stage of them all once again. The question that now makes everyone scratch their head is: Who should Undertaker face at WrestleMania 32? The answer would’ve been simple if it wasn’t for all the injuries that are piling up in the roster. But now that WWE is in a crisis situation, here is a look at the best choices that they have at their disposal.

#6 Honourable mention: Braun Strowman

Strowman

is simply a wrong choice

According to the rumors, Braun Strowman is WWE’s handpicked opponent for Undertaker at WrestleMania.

For a casual fan, the legendary Undertaker going in as an underdog against a huge monster would be exciting. But for the regular fans, Undertaker is going into the ring with a green wrestler who barely knows to wrestle.

But then again, this is a possibility.

#5 Shinsuke Nakamura

The big launch that he needs

Some might say that I’m retarded to include Shinsuke Nakamura in this list.

But for those who know his work in Japan would say otherwise. If Shinsuke gets into the main roster, he will be arguably the most charismatic superstar in the entire WWE payroll. He is one of those rare superstars that oozes charisma and if WWE wants to make a huge impact with him, letting him face Undertaker is the right way.

Unlike Brawn, Nakamura is a class act in the ring. He has the skills to carry a match and as Taker is struggling with his age, Nakamura would be perfect. Also, the story of a mysterious Taker versus the charismatic Nakamura would be epic even if most fans would ignore it in the start.

Also Nakamura has faced Undertaker's arch nemesis Brock Lesnar during the Beast’s time with NJPW, which the WWE can use to connect the dots for this possible feud.

#4 Dean Ambrose

Lunatic vs. Deadman

Dean Ambrose always had that extra spark inside him which made him worthy of facing Taker.

He was the craziest one in the Shield and although the babyface turn cooled him down, there are still shades of a lunatic heel inside Ambrose that could be explored. Undertaker needs a credible heel at WrestleMania and Ambrose would just be that.

The Lunatic fringe is currently having a babyface run with the Intercontinental championship and he is in the WWE championship picture as well. But both these angles are not allowing him to develop as a character, whereas, a feud with Taker as the heel will be a fresh approach.

#3 Kevin Owens

The Legend killer gimmick should return

Imagine Kevin Owens playing the legend killer character and going against Undertaker at WrestleMania. The prospect is mouth-watering for all the wrestling fans out there.

Owens, ever since his debut in the WWE roster, has gone up the ladder in terms of his overall performance. His booking is clearly not in the right direction, but as a wrestler, Owens has won over the fans.

He is probably one of the most credible heels in the current main roster and if Owens goes up against Taker, no one would complain. The promo work of Owens is likely to take us back to the times when CM Punk used to take emotional shots at the Deadman.

#2 The Rock

Sureshot blockbuster

The Rock vs. The Undertaker. This one match is enough to sell out WrestleMania for good.

The Rock has confirmed his appearance at WrestleMania 32 and there is a slight chance of him wrestling at the event. So why not go for a big match like this one?

Rock and Undertaker are well past their prime thus eliminating the possibility of this match being a wrestling clinic. However, it will be filled with a nostalgic feel and at the same time, the star power of both superstars would be put to good use. After all, we watch wrestling for some moments that we could cherish and this one will certainly give a string of such moments.

#1 Roman Reigns

Let it happen

WWE is pushing Roman Reigns as the next face of the promotion when the fans are seeing him as the second coming of John Cena.

The contrasting views of Vince McMahon and the fans are simply ruining the career of Reigns. Hate him or love him, one has to admit that he is a hardworking lad that puts in a lot of effort into his work.

He deserves better and a character change would be more than welcome. A heel Reings facing Undertaker has the potential to be a solid match. Reigns will get some much-needed respect by sharing the ring with Undertaker, and hopefully, the fans will change their perception that they have about him.
