Paige created waves with her promo last week.The best characters are usually rare to find and come across. The anti- hero is almost always a well-received character trait. It’s cool and edgy.But throughout the history of the WWE, only a few can be given that definition. Stone Cold, CM Punk are some of the legendary few. The Divas Division hasn’t had that defining character, but they surely can if Creative decided to book them that way.Paige, right now, has the best chance to do so. She was the first and the only diva till date to have been referred to as an anti- diva. Her pipebomb on Monday created ripples across the WWE fanbase.Here are 5 ways in which she can be booked as an anti- hero-

#1 Have a career- defining feud

Charlotte and Paige can have a great rivalry

What Paige has lacked in her main roster career so far is a defining feud. At NXT, she and Emma were part of history as they began what is now a revolution. But on the main roster, nothing promising has ever been turned into something long lasting or made use of to the fullest.

Booking Charlotte and Paige should be of utmost importance as there can be so many ways in which this storyline can go. Both of them are from wrestling families. While Charlotte’s more mainstream, Paige’s family is legendary in England. They’ve both had different journeys and the contrast will highlight their individual personality. Paige’s story seems much more gritty and don’t we just love that about anti- heroes.

#2 Fight an Authority figure

The biggest part of being an anti- hero is about being anti- authority. And if there is a legendary heel worker in Stephanie McMahon already playing the part of the Authority, then what else could you ask for?!

Paige can instantly go word for word, tooth for tooth against Stephanie McMahon. Take it forward from where AJ Lee left calling her out on low pay and less screen time. This can be a great moment in time as the company talks more about Ronda Rousey than its own female performers on the main roster and social media.

#3 Fight for something

One for the Divas Division

Be a trailblazer. Whether it was Punk shouting out for respect, calling out Triple H or Vince on their blunders or just wanting back the WWE ice cream bars, he voiced his opinion.

Remember when Paige had the brilliant idea of having a Money in the Bank match for women on the main roster, maybe that should be her cause moving forward- introducing newer concepts in the division, making a difference.

The main critique of the ‘divas’ in the main roster is how they almost always have nothing important to say other than being catty and manipulative towards each other and how everything seems way too immature.

Even sometimes the way they wrestle, it’s mostly about hair pulling and just plain yelling. Paige should add what she left at NXT. Add more layers of being an anti- diva. She certainly looks different and stands out, but she needs to act out different as well. She seems such a better fit as the lone wolf, on her own.

Now, coming face to face with a performer from another sport who has a legit violent streak created quite the interest in the audience. Austin obviously flipped him off and a brawl began much to the delight of the audience.

What if something like that was to happen between Ronda Rousey and Paige. Rousey is a legit badass. Paige isn’t there yet. But whenever she does reach there, this moment should be the icing on the cake.
