Do I even need to say about this? It has been said so many times and that’s why it is out of the top five. And for the record, this was not planned, it was indeed an accident.

Although Hulk Hogan is considered to be a crucial figure in the professional wrestling history, he has never been considered as a great wrestler.

Yes, Hogan was a great entertainer, but he was never recognized as a top notch wrestler. Undertaker, on the other hand, has been almost opposite. So when these two were put together in a segment, the fans expected big things.

These expectations met a disastrous result when Undertaker delivered a botched chokeslam on Hogan. It could be categorized as the worst Chokeslam ever and since it involved two of the biggest names in the business, the move turned out to be more memorable for the fans.

#4 Another Chokeslam gone wrong

We already saw a botched Chokeslam in the list courtesy of Undertaker and Hulk Hogan and this will be the second one.

Instead of Hogan, Jeff Hardy is on the receiving end of this botched Chokeslam. The botch happened during Taker’s American Badass run and according to the plan; it was going to be a vicious chokeslam to the floor.

It would have been a crowd popper if it was pulled off correctly, but unfortunately for Taker and Hardy, the grip was not perfect. This resulted in an awkward execution and it is clearly a chokeslam that Undertaker would love to forget.

#3 The retirement bump

Shawn Michaels is one of the most decorated rivals in Undertaker’s career. Before their WrestleMania matches that took the feud to another level, they did have some memorable bouts.

One among that was the 1998 Royal Rumble clash. Taker and Michaels faced off in a casket match at the pay-per-view. At one point of the match, Michaels was supposed to take a basic backdrop to the outside of the ring, but unfortunately for Michaels, the casket was stationed there.

His lower back hit the casket pretty badly and it herniated his two discs. Michaels retired due to the same and forced him to miss the entire invasion angle and much more.

#2 Flying too high

Shawn Michaels came out of his first retirement in 2002 and went on to have some memorable matches.

Most memorable perhaps is his WrestleMania 25 outing with Undertaker. During the match, Taker and Michaels decided to pull off a suicide dive spot. They dressed up Sim Snuka as a cameraman and he was supposed to break the fall of Undertaker.

Things did not go as planned and Taker landed right on his head during the dive. Taker almost broke his neck with the fall, but fortunately, he was able to bounce back. Taker showed some great resilience to finish the match without changing much and it went down into the history books as a classic.

#1 Dead Man getting burnt

The legendary entrance of Undertaker always gives us the chills. Whenever the lights go off and the bong sound comes along, we think about the dead man which is an indication about the aura that he possesses.

This entrance, however, almost ended Undertaker’s career once. Taker was booked against Chris Jericho at the 2010 Elimination Chamber match and it was a match for the WWE World heavyweight championship.

Taker’s marquee entrance went horribly wrong during the event as he got caught on fire from the pyro. The jacket he was wearing did not help either. Despite some serious burns all over his body, Undertaker went on to finish the match and highlighted an example to why he is so highly respected in the bussiness.
