WWE Monday Night Raw Preview : 19 October, 2015

Shawn Michaels

Shawn Michaels is just one of the big names to appear on RAWThe last stop before Hell in a Cell is almost here and WWE will be feeling the pressure to deliver big time. Although the match card for the upcoming pay-per-view is almost set, there are still some questions that need to be answered when WWE brings the latest edition on Monday Night Raw.One major question from the lot would be about the United States Championship. Apart from this, the way in which WWE is planning to punish Kane will be another interesting segment. The appearances of Ric Flair and Shawn Michaels adds more punch to the whole episode and with that said, here is a detailed preview of WWE’s weekly flagship show, Monday night Raw.

#5 Legends assemble

Shawn Michaels

WWE will have some big names lined up for this week’s Raw.

Ric Flair and Shawn Michaels will be there for the show and although Steve Austin was advertised earlier, the Texas Rattlesnake was pulled off later. Despite the absence of Austin, we can expect a great time with Flair and Michaels. Also, the company has advertised Undertaker for the show meaning that he will have some segments with Brock Lesnar.

The way in which WWE will be utilizing Michaels will be interesting. If the Authority is going to replace Kane with Michaels, it would be a solid decision and will in turn keep the heartbreak kid on television for a long run.

#4 Rusev-Summer Rae situation

Rusev

Rusev and Lana are apparently attracting a lot of heat from Vince McMahon.

Vince is clearly not happy about the engagement pictures leaking and we can expect a reaction from the chairman sooner or later. WWE is still toying with the Summer Rae-Rusev situation and now that the real life engagement is out of the box, the whole storyline has gone pointless.

WWE can easily scrap the storyline off or they could continue it by acknowledging the real life of Rusev. Either way, a decision needs to be made this week on Raw as Rusev is yet to find a place in the Hell in a Cell match card.

#3 The story of United States Championship

John Cena

Just like Rusev, the situation regarding the United States Championship is also cloudy. The title is yet to be booked for Hell in a Cell and it would be a big surprise if WWE decides not to do the same.

Keeping Cena away from the pay-per-view would end up as a huge mistake for sure and instead of doing this, WWE can throw in the Cenation leader into a title match before his hiatus starts. Dolph Ziggler is the prime candidate to get a shot and if he is lucky enough, Dolph might walk out of hell in a cell as the WWE United States Champion as well.

#2 Authority punishing Kane

Triple H

The Authority announced that they will be punishing Kane this week on Raw. The way in which Kane is going to get punished however is still kept a secret.

It might simply be some ridiculous angle put together to kill time on Raw or it could be a big angle that hypes the Seth Rollins vs. Kane match at Hell in a Cell. If it’s the former, then WWE will benefit once Sunday arrives, but if it’s the latter, then the feud between the two superstars will once again reach the drains.

Triple H getting involved is good for the storyline but then again, the involvement should be well placed if WWE doesn’t want to screw up.

#1 Last minute push for the main event matches

Undertaker

Monday night Raw will provide WWE with one last opportunity to push Hell in a Cell. The match between Brock Lesnar and Undertaker should be the centre of attraction this week and a big homecoming angle should be planned for it. Both superstars are going to be present at the arena for the show and not doing anything spectacular with them will be a blunder.

The Bray Wyatt-Roman Reigns feud also requires some polishing before Hell in a Cell. Some strong segments need to be carried out in the divas division and tag team division as well while the most desperate storyline right now is the one between Ryback and Owens. It is not carrying any heat and WWE should change the same on Raw.
