WWE Monday Night Raw preview: 23 November, 2015

A new challenger awaits

Next stop, RawSurvivor Series proved to be a mixed bag from WWE's arsenal. Most of the fans did not know how to react to what happened in the closing stages of the pay-per-view, as it was something they wanted, but it was also not something they wanted. The Monday Night Raw ratings are expected to take a jump due to the same and if WWE manages to put together a solid show, they can keep the fans glued to the screen. There are some burning questions that WWE needs to answer this week on Raw and hopefully they won't leave any stones unturned. So here is a look at the things to watch out for on this week's Raw.

#5 Settling the mid card titles

A new challenger awaits

Surprisingly, the only title defended at Survivor Series was the Divas Championship.

The remaining mid card champions were filled into non-title matches through the card. WWE had to do the same due to the WWE Championship tournament and the traditional elimination match for Survivor Series, but it will be a different story for TLC.

WWE needs to draw out proper feuds for Kevin Owens, the New Day, and Alberto Del Rio soon and we might get to see new developments at this week's Monday Night Raw. The Usos are front-runners to challenge New Day whereas Jack Swagger could be up against Del Rio.

As far as Owens is concerned, Goldust is a good option.

#4 What next for Charlotte?

And Still

Charlotte and Paige had an intense match at Survivor Series. At the end of the day, Charlotte walked out with a dominating win and the chances of WWE giving Paige another shot at the title are low.

The way in which Charlotte won the match has completely killed off the entire storyline. WWE should now find a new challenger for the Flair girl and the possible list include Becky Lynch and Sasha Banks.

Sasha, in particular, will have the upper hand. This is because, if Sasha challenges for the title, then Becky will be free to feud with Paige. After all, two separate storylines involving the divas are always better than one.

#3 Goldust is back

He’s back

The Survivor Series Kickoff show saw the return of Goldust. He had been out of action due to injury for a long time and the return at this point of time is a blessing for WWE.

There are rumors of Cesaro being out of action for nearly six months. With Cesaro out, Goldust's return is going to give WWE some options.

We might get to see Goldust getting involved in one of the mid-card Championships or he could go on to have a Dust vs. Dust feud with his brother Stardust, either way, Goldust is expected to feature prominently in WWE's mid-card plans heading to TLC.

#2 End of pursuit for Bray?

In Need of a new feud

Bray Wyatt and his family got beaten up clean by the Brothers of destruction at Survivor Series.

It was a dominating and clean win for Undertaker and Kane. Now the question arises about the future of all these men involved in the feud. Undertaker is likely to go into hiatus till the WrestleMania season while Kane might feature in some mid card plan for WWE.

As far as the Wyatt Family are concerned, they need to find a credible feud. WWE cannot simply keep them off television after what happened at Survivor Series. And on a sad note, the options in front of WWE for the Wyatt family are limited.

#1 The Authority Champion

The Authority’s champion

Triple H tried to get his hands on almost all the superstars who competed in the WWE Championship tournament.

At the end of the day, Reigns on the title and in a classic move, Hunter allowed Sheamus to cash in the MITB briefcase. Authority now have a puppet champion in their hands when Survivor Series ended with the scene of Reigns crying.

Sheamus have a lot of heat on him while Reigns has attracted the sympathy of the WWE Universe. All this could lead to a Triple H vs. Roman Reigns match at some point but on Raw, WWE needs to let Sheamus celebrate his victory so that he feels like a Champion.
