WWE Monday Night Raw Preview: April 20, 2015

What makes this weeks Monday night Raw a must watch show? Not much to be frank, since we know how the creative tends to screw up most of the weekly outings but as it is the last major stop before Extreme Rules, we might get a change of fortune if we are lucky. This weeks Monday night Raw will be bought live from the Times Union Center in Albany, New York and WWE will be responsible to settle a thing or two before they go extreme. There is a lot riding on the episode even though it doesnt look like much and here is a look at the possible menu that WWE could serve when the show hits live on Monday Night.

#5 Triple Hs big announcement

One of the exciting things about this week’s Raw will be Triple H’s return. He has been off television for quite some time and will be looking to come back with a bang. There are rumors of Hunter making a big announcement regarding WWE Tough Enough on Raw and has managed to capture the imagination of WWE Universe.

It could be about the new host of the show and we might just get to see some legend walk down that isle once Hunter announces the final name. Also, he has some disputes to settle in between the Authority since he will not be happy about what happened between Kane and Seth Rollins last week.

#4 Who is Nevilles new challenger?

Neville, despite losing most of his matches in the main roster has managed to impress the fans. His losses came against former world champions and that too, followed by great in ring action. If WWE keeps the pattern, which they should, we could get to see Neville locking horns with yet another high profile name.

The possibilities include John Cena, Daniel Bryan, Bad News Barrett and many more and no matter whom he faces, as far as Neville looks good, the fans will be happy. Burying his momentum by putting him in a random match with a jobber would be the last thing WWE would want to do on Monday Night since the fans will not appreciate it.

#3 Naomis intentions

Naomi pulled off a huge heel turn last week and has taken Paige out of action. This turn was originally planned for AJ Lee but since AJ decided to retire, Naomi got the pick. It has changed the entire dynamics of the Divas Division and WWE now have themselves a credible angle with credible divas at their disposal.

With the No.1 contender out injured, Naomi might push her case for a title shot which opens the door for a heroic return from Paige. It could also lead to a triple threat between the three girls involved. Brie Bella looks all set to play a bigger role as well, making it interesting times for the divas division.

#2 Booooring

The fans in London were ruthless when it came to expressing their views and one of the segments that suffered last week due to this was the Roman Reigns – Big Show one. WWE is doing Reigns no favor by putting him in a feud with Show and even the chokeslam on top of the car failed to impress the WWE Universe.

WWE has announced a Last Man standing match between Reigns and Big Show for Extreme Rules and though it sounds like a solid match on paper, WWE will find it hard to sell it. They will have to pull off a major angle on Raw if they are to keep the fans interested and if they don’t, this feud will go down further in the ranks.

#1 Seth Rollins Magic

Seth Rollins as a heel WWE Champion is pure gold. No one would have expected him to be where he is now back during his Shield days, but he is proving his doubters wrong as each week passes by.

Last week, it was yet another great performance from Rollins in the last segment of Raw and he will be expected to deliver something similar this week as well. Apart from the Randy Orton headache that he has, Rollins will also have to settle the score with Kane, as they are having a rocky relationship.

The returning Triple H will add more twist to the whole WWE championship angle and if WWE does it right, Rollins will once again steal the show on Raw.
