Wimbledon 2015: Incorrect questions at press conference leave Tomas Berdych fuming

Tomas Berdych was knocked out of Wimbledon on Monday

When a player bows out of a major tournament, particularly,in the early stages, he is obviously bitterly disappointed. But what happens when he is asked questions that are opposite to what he generally expects?

Something similar happened with World No. 6 and Czech Republican Tomas Berdych after his fourth-round loss against Gilles Simon on Monday. One of the reporters asked the 29-year-old exactly the opposite to what he was anticipating and expectedly, Berdych was unamused by his query.

Here’s the whole conversation:

Q: How do you feel after that match? Do you feel in good shape going into the quarter-finals?
Tomas Berdych: Sorry? Excuse me?
Q: Do you feel your form is good going into the quarter-finals?
Moderator: He lost. He’s obviously got a lot of matches.
Berdych: Does he know right, or is he trying to make fun of me?
Q: No. Sorry, sorry.
