President Pranab Mukherjee Tuesday congratulated tennis player Sania Mirza on winning the doubles title at the WTA Finals in Singapore.

The India-Zimbabwe tennis pair of Sania Mirza and Cara Black drubbed defending champions in the women's doubles summit clash to clinch the prestigious season-ending WTA Finals title on Sunday.
