Ivan Lendl and Stefan Edberg are seen today as calm personalities in their coaching roles with Andy Murray and Roger Federer respectively, but the pair of them had fiery personalities in their playing days.
At a US Open match between the two, Lendl hit a cheeky trick shot behind his back to win a point. Edberg, not one to be left behind, responded with the same shot soon after to take a point.
But perhaps the most surprising part of it all is Lendl’s witty comment which displays his sense of humour.
