EC3 is one of TNA’s biggest talents

When asked about his upcoming Pop TV appearance next January, Carter said: “The move is going to be a great forum to show the world these talents we’ve developed.”

EC3 also stated that crowd pullers in the form of Kurt Angle and the Hardy Boys have done a great deal to help build the brand, putting TNA in an excellent spot to make memories on Pop TV.

On the topic of TNA learning from the errors they made by signing WWE legends Ric Flair and Hulk Hogan, the wrestler stated that since his arrival TNA have certainly learnt a lot and are now focusing on building their franchise around home grown talent.

Speaking of his success on TNA, Carter stated: “I was in the right place at the right time. It was a great opportunity for me to be what I’ve trained to be my whole life, and that’s a top-tier wrestler in the industry.”

Ethan Carter III, whose real name is Michael Hutter, began his wrestling career with various promotions in his native state of Ohio before being signed up by WWE in 2006 for a short first stint.

Hutter returned to WWE to be a part of their then newly formed NXT brand in 2010, staying with them for three years before making a move to TNA. The 32-year-old’s time at TNA has been fruitful, with Carter holding the TNA World Heavyweight Championship among other titles.
