Throughout WWE history, there have been numerous different chants that audiences love to shout. Many of these have also actually been quite humorous and entertaining as well. Chants have been used by the WWE Universe to voice their appreciation, discontent, love or hate for superstars. And these chants make the events electrifying which in turn adds the fun element.

Despite WWE performer’s beings professionals at their craft, they will still make mistakes from time to time. Of course the WWE Universe will always make sure they know when they’ve made a mistake. Be it forgetting lines in their promos or failing to sell a move especially when you are on live TV, the fans always have their eyes open for any kind of mistakes.

Especially considering the now PG nature of the show, it’s quite humorous to hear the crowd chant ‘You F****** Up’ at an ill-performed move or sequence.

Boring

Another hilarious chant from the WWE universe is ‘boring’. Whether it be Roman Reigns attempting to cut a promo, Big Show attempting to wrestle a match or anything else that the fans don’t care about, they will let them know by loudly chanting ‘boring’ over and over.

Another similar chant is ‘same old s***’, which will often get aimed at someone like John Cena when he is repeating one of his repetitive promos.

You Suck

Thanks to a segment with Edge, Kurt Angle would forever since be greeted with a loud chorus of ‘You Suck’ chants to the tune of his theme music.

Despite whether he was heel/face he would always still be welcomed with numerous ‘you suck’ chants from the audience. It started during the rivalry with Edge but stuck on forever with the former WWE superstar until his time with the company.

Cena Sucks

Similarly to Kurt Angle, a new trend is beginning to emerge with John Cena. Slowly, more and more crowds are beginning to chant ‘John Cena suuuucks’ to the tune of his theme music.

Hearing crowds welcome Cena with ‘John Cena sucks’ sung along to his entrance music does prove that people love to hate him or his gimmick for that matter.

The ‘What’ chants started back with Stone Cold Steve Austin and they have still managed to live on to this very day.

Whenever a wrestler begins to cut a boring promo the fans will let them know by consistently chanting ‘what’ throughout in any breaks of speech. Sometimes the audience would do it simply to troll the performer.

The ‘What’ chants are perhaps the most amusing in all of pro-wrestling and will likely continue to live on in infamy forever.
