5 retirement matches that might just happen in 2016

Yashi
We’d kill to watch them both go against each other once again!

So, WrestleMania 32 is over and it’s time to focus on the next WWE events that might just take place in near future. Of course, we know about the obvious Payback, Extreme Rules and the following events, so, how would you like to guess a few retirements that could take place in 2016?

There have been some untimely retirements of the WWE superstars out of injury mostly but it’s been a while when a star has retired of losing a match! Well, let’s check out top 5 contenders who may retire this year after losing a match to their opponent.

Now who should be the perfect opponent in order to make the last match of certain retiring stars memorable? Well, we have an opinion about that too! Read on to know who might just retire and who should play the villain (technically) in their final match!

5). Big Show vs Bray Wyatt

Well, you gotta go when you gotta go!

It’s high time that Big Show should give a serious thought to fans chanting ‘please retire’ every time he enters the ring. He’s been in the business for 20 years and let’s just faces it; his days of being in the spotlight are now over!

Bray Wyatt would do a good job at this! With his family appearing out of nowhere in the ring to save the guy every time, there is no way that our beloved giant would walk out winning the game.

4). Mark Henry vs Brock Lesnar

  • Nothing seems tough to the beast, not even the strongest man in the world!
  • The strongest man in the world and the Beast Reincarnate going against each other would be totally worth it! It’s never easy to pin Mark down because of the obvious reasons, but once you get him down, it’s a smooth ride from there.
  • And who else would be better than Brock Lesnar for the job? With multiple suplexes coupled with those stunning F-5’s, it wouldn’t take much time for the Beast to get Henry down on the ring!

3). Kane vs The Undertaker

YESSS! That’s the kind of match we are talking about!

Now, we’re not sure that which brother would be the first to bid goodbye to the WWE but we certainly hope it’s the Red Demon because one, Undertaker is any time THE legend and two, we want to see the ‘Brothers of Destruction’ go one on one, for one last time before the Undertaker choke slams his half brother and ends his game in the WWE!

2). The Undertaker vs Shawn Michaels

One for the Sweet Chin Music y’all!

Remember the time when Mr. WrestleMania was knocked out by the Undertaker in WrestleMania XXVI that led to HBK’s retirement? Well, we were all heartbroken and the chants of ‘one more match’ filled the stadium where Michaels gave his retirement speech.

Well, this would be the best way for Shawn to return to the ring and get his revenge from the Dead Man. Let the Attitude Era shine once more, yes?

1). Triple H vs The Rock

What a sight it would be to watch the two of them beat the shit out of each other!

What would be more devastatingly spectacular than watching the sheer animosity of the Attitude Era rising again in the PG era that would result in Triple H finally kissing goodbye to his inside-the-ring duty? Nothing.

The most electrifying man in sports entertainment killing the King of Kings in the latter’s final match would be something that will blow away the minds of the fans all across the world. It’s high time that The Rock utilizes the ring for reasons apart from exhibiting his killer mic skills and well, bedazzling the audience!
