5 WWE fantasy matches that absolutely must happen in 2016

WWE announced two matches yesterday that made the WWE Universe go berserk. For their return to Hawaii, WWE announced Brock Lesnar vs Kevin Owens and John Cena vs Shinsuke Nakamura.

Two people who have wrestled all over the world with a number of indie productions, have an opportunity to brawl with two people who have become iconic by achieving feats that only a few superstars have.

The excitment for these two dream matches is unbearable. But still, there are more than a few dream matches that are yet to take place in the squared circle. Here are 5 dream matches that need to happen this year.

1. Triple H vs Bray Wyatt

This feud is bound to happen sooner rather than later ever since The Eater of Worlds and The Cerebral Assasin came face to face at this year’s Royal Rumble. The amount of heat in this feud would be mind blowing.

The promos, the in ring fights, etc it would just be magical. Now that Triple H has renewed his contract as a performer and Wyatt is expected to return in mid-June, the chances of this feud to take place are fairly high and relevant.

2. Shinsuke Nakamura vs Dean Ambrose

Oh My God. Just writing about this fills me up with hype and excitement. The King Of Strong Style and the Preserver of Extreme. Two very different personas. Two very different wrestling styles.
One magnificient 5-Star Match Up. The charisma inside both of these men bring liveliness and excitement to the squared circle. With rumours of Nakamura going to the main roster very soon and Dean Ambrose being in the best shape ever, the WWE Universe would pay a hell lot of money to watch this phenomenal match.

3. Finn Balor vs AJ Styles

What would happen if two former leaders of the biggest and the greatest faction in pro wrestling in this age decide to go at it? Sheer greatness. The audience would go berserk if this happened.

With plans of Balor being called up to the main roster as a huge player and the formation of “The Club”, this match is obviously possible. But the build up would be the most important part of this match up. Truly a clash of titans.

4. AJ Styles vs Seth Rollins

The WWE World Heavyweight Championship is not going to be with Roman Reigns forever. It’s going to change hands, obviously. What if one of the men capture the gold, and go at it with the other? How loud will the arena be then? The Phenomenal One vs The Architect, now that’s something I would wanna watch.

Of course, the match has taken place many times in the independent platforms, but never in the WWE. Two Fan favourites, two amazing wrestlers. WWE, MAKE THIS HAPPEN!

5. The Shield vs The Bullet Club/The Club.

The Shield was the biggest and arguably the greatest faction in the WWE in decades. It was indestructible for almost a year. Bullet Club/The Club on the other hand, has already taken the indies by storm.

A faction that has achieved greatness everywhere except WWE. But now, with the formation of The Club in WWE, a battle between these two factions would be the best tag team match in recent history. AJ Styles, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson vs Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns. A match the world can’t wait for.
