The feeling backstage as of now is that Team Cena will defeat Team Authority at Survivor Series and put the Authority out of power. The reason behind this is that officials want to keep Cena strong for his WWE World Title match against Brock Lesnar, possibly at the Royal Rumble PPV next year.
Vince McMahon added the stipluation to the Survivor Series main event because there are some big changes planned for the Authority and Stephanie McMahon might be written off WWE TV. None of this confirmed as of now, and the next few days will reveal more about the same.
