Big WWE announcement, Dolph Ziggler's WWE deal, Special HOF Ceremony, Lita

Triple H has been hinting that WWE has big plans in store for this year’s Summerslam

- It’s been recently noted that WWE has big plans for Summerslam in New York City this August, and there’s been a lot of speculation as to what it will be. Triple H has been hinting at Summerslam becoming “even bigger”; it’s been mentioned that WWE wants to run a NXT live event in Brooklyn, and this could be a WWE Network exclusive broadcasted event.

HHH posted the following teaser Tweet, noting that the announcement will be made on Friday:

- WWE actually offered Dolph Ziggler a new contract a few weeks ago, and as of now it remains unclear as to whether or not Ziggler has actually signed it. In an interview this week Ziggler indicated to The Boston Herald last week that he had already re-signed, but earlier this week on the Chad Dukes Wrestling Show, Ziggler said he had yet to sign the new deal.

Ziggler was reportedly given an offer a few weeks back and when he didn’t sign it, it prompted a lot of speculation regarding his future, but the belief is that he will re-sign and remain with WWE.

- WWE is scheduled to hold a special Hall Of Fame ceremony for 2015 WWE Hall Of Famer Tatsumi Fujinami on the July 3rd WWE live event in Tokyo, Japan, the night before the big WWE Network’s “Beast In The East” special. While WWE is in Japan this weekend, the company will be holding tryouts for Japanese wrestlers who would report to the WWE Performance Center in Orlando and attempt to rise through the NXT ranks.
